Debts Information Ltd believes in delivering excellent customer service, giving our customer discreet information and assistance in all financial matters. It is important to us that they receive a high level of customer service but we are aware sometimes things can go wrong, and if they do we will address any issues raised as soon as possible and contact to resolve.
Procedure
On the rare occasion that we are unable to resolve a complaint within that time, then we will always write to explain the reasons why and indicate how long it will take to resolve.
