Upon completion and submitting of our form you are giving consent for Debts Informtion Ltd to contact you via call or email to discuss your financial situation further. If unable to contact on the number provided, we will send an email enquiring when it is best to call and if our services are still required. We will then conduct a fact find regarding your debts and income and expenditure evaluation to confirm that someone meets minimum criteria for various debt solutions plans. Upon meeting minimum criteria we will introduce you and transfer to our nominated debt solutions company. We will advise you verbally on the first introduction call of the nominated company. The nominated debt solutions company will be regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and can advise on different debt solutions. They will assess someone’s application in finer detail and inform them if and what plan they qualify for . The correct plan will be  based on someone’s individual debt circumstances. You will then be a client of the debt solutions company and not of Debts Information. Debts Information holds no liability or accountability for one’s decision or outcome by entering into any debt solution plan after receiving advice form the debt solutions adviser or Insolvency Practitioner. Debts Information Ltd will never transfer or sell someone’s data or details to any other 3rd party and will only retain a person’s data for as long as necessary. After an outcome has been determined with the debts solutions company > Accepted – Declined or offer refused Debts Informtion ltd has no reason to retain personal details and will delete accordingley. In the future if a ‘ Data Subject Access Request ‘  { DSAR } is required this will be taken up with the nominated debts solutions firm.
